Due to the nature of bag charms and normal wear over time, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for damage caused by rough handling or everyday wear and tear.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Chipping or cracking
• Bent or loosened hardware
• Damage from drops, pressure, or friction against keys, bags, or other surfaces

To help keep your charm in the best condition, we recommend:

• Avoiding excessive pulling or impact
• Keeping away from sharp objects, heavy friction, and water
• Removing charms during activities that may cause stress or damage
